SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship UPS Third Party or LTL Freight Collect on your account.  ​Upon request and approval, we can ship UPS or LTL Freight Prepaid and bill freight with the order.

 

We use every effort to consolidate shipping to your location to minimize freight related costs.

Orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt. ž

If your packages look damaged upon receipt:

  • Take photos of any damaged product

  • Take photos of the damaged box (keep the box if product inside is damaged)

  • Email photos to us immediately

Damage claims must be presented within 3 business days of receipt.

​​RETURN & WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY​

All cancellations and returns require approval.  Please contact us via the contact form on the website or sending an email to partners@cambriadesigner.com to secure an RMA number prior to returning any items.

Approvals may include restock charges and/or reimbursement of freight charges ž We reserve the right to deny any cancellation or product return. 

 

All products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of retail sale.  Please contact us via email at partners@cambriadesigner.com regarding any warranty claim.
